Lancaster Food and Dining are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join their team in the role of Conference and Hospitality Supervisor. 

This position will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of general assistants to deliver brilliant conferences and events, as well as large student functions, internal hospitality and VIP dinners and events. 

We are looking to recruit a professional who is customer focused with excellent communication skills and a flexible and creative approach. Previous experience in a similar hospitality or conference venue is essential.

The role is a crucial part of the team and will help position food and dining as a quality experience for any event with staff, students and visitors.

  • You will be confident, self-motivated and present a professional persona in all circumstances
  • Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and the ability to deliver consistently high levels of service standards
  • Utmost attention to detail when carrying out tasks
  • Previous experience in hospitality and events is essential
  • Ability to adapt to changing working demands
