            <p id="isPasted"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Full-time &nbsp;(internal secondments will be considered)</strong></p><p>Lancaster University, in collaboration with the Universities of Liverpool, Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan, hosts one of the eight National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Research Support Service (RSS) centres. This national initiative provides seamless access to research support, advice, design and collaboration from pre‑grant through to post‑grant stages for researchers working across the NIHR remit in England. The centre is also designated as a national NIHR RSS Specialist Centre for Social Care.</p><p>We are offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our service developments through the role of Service Co‑ordinator. This busy and varied position will help shape our administrative structures and processes, working closely within the Central Co‑ordinating team and with RSS centres nationally. You will play a key role in delivering operational excellence across all service activities and workstreams by coordinating high‑quality administrative support. This includes managing client‑facing activities and events and supporting our public contributors and public involvement work.</p><p>We are looking for someone who enjoys handling a wide range of enquiries on a day‑to‑day basis and acting as the first point of contact for our service. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills to support meetings and help plan and organise events (both face‑to‑face and online). They will also excel at maintaining accurate records and ensuring precise, reliable service data. You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in an administrative role able to manage administrative processes.&nbsp;</p><p>The team and the Division of Health Research provide a friendly environment that strongly supports the individual needs of each employee and actively promotes a healthy work-life balance. Some remote working will be considered but attendance at the University Campus will be required on an agreed basis.
