Lancaster University is delivering a major Curriculum Transformation Programme to reshape how education is designed, delivered and managed across the institution.  

We are seeking a strategic, detail-orientated, confident and driven Senior Business Analysts to play a key role in the IT workstream of this transformative initiative. This high-profile role involves working across academic and professional services to analyse complex processes, gather requirements, and help shape future-focused digital solutions.  

You will need to be adaptive, deadline-driven, and comfortable challenging existing practices to deliver meaningful change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.  

The role is primarily based on the Lancaster University Bailrigg campus, with flexible hybrid working options to support a positive work-life balance. We would expect a minimum of 2 days a week in the office.
