The Faculty of Science and Technology at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint a full-time Student Programmes Coordinator.  Initially based in the School of Computing and Communications, as part of the Student Programmes Team, you will support the delivery and administration of student programmes and the student experience. The Student Programmes team, led by the Student Programmes Officer, provide support to staff and students across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within the Department. You will initially be based in the School of Computing and Communications but may be expected to work within other department Student Programmes Teams within the faculty as required.

ABOUT YOU

You will:

Have experience of providing a high level of customer service.

Have the ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Be able to present information accurately and communicate effectually with a wide range of people.

Be able to demonstrate competent IT skills and the ability to work with new systems and software in an evolving digital environment.
