The Opportunity

Global Mobility plays a central role in supporting our international partnerships and the movement of academic and professional staff across borders helping ensure our global ambitions are realised efficiently, compliantly and with a strong focus on people.

We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented and highly motivated Global Mobility Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued development of our Global Mobility function, supporting the University’s Transnational Education (TNE) agenda and growing international partnerships.

This role will manage day-to-day Global Mobility operations while also playing an active part in driving forward transformation and process improvement initiatives. You will help shape an efficient, compliant and forward-thinking service that supports colleagues working internationally.

About You

You will bring:

  • Experience in Global Mobility and/or Finance/Payroll
  • Experience working within a Higher Education HR environment (desirable)
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and apply technical compliance guidance
  • Excellent organisational skills and the drive to develop and embed efficient, sustainable processes
  • The ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • You will thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment and be motivated by delivering high-quality, compliant and people-focused solutions.
