Faculty Education Services Manager

Based in the Management School, we are seeking to recruit a full-time Faculty Education Services Manager, fixed-term until July 2027.   The School currently has around 4000 students in our community, and you will be part of a collaborative professional services team that puts student and staff experience at the heart of our operations. 

You will directly manage a team of professional colleagues and also provide leadership and support for teams across our six Academic Departments to deliver high-quality education services and student experience.  To do this, you will work with members of our academic leadership team and professional services colleagues across the University, liaising closely with Student and Education Services and the other Faculties.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced professional services manager who understands the higher education environment and can demonstrate significant impact in improving services, leading teams and delivering positive change. You will bring strong leadership, influencing and relationship-building skills, alongside the creativity, resilience and collaborative approach needed to work effectively across a complex faculty and University environment.

You will be an inclusive and supportive leader who can develop people, build capability and lead teams through periods of change with a clear and positive vision. You will be confident working strategically while maintaining a strong focus on operational delivery, student experience and service quality.
