We are seeking a motivated and student‑focused Careers & Employment Adviser to play a key role in supporting Lancaster students to develop their skills, confidence and career readiness. Working within our Careers and Employability service, you will contribute directly to enhancing graduate outcomes across the University.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of the Lancaster Award, our flagship employability programme engaging over 500 students each year. You will also provide personalised careers information and advice, deliver engaging workshops and presentations, and support fast‑paced drop‑in services that meet the immediate needs of our students.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the University, you will help evaluate and develop our employability provision, contribute insights that shape service innovation, and ensure that students have access to high‑quality activities, resources and opportunities.
