Lancaster University is seeking to appoint an outstanding and creative Marketing Manager to lead on global student recruitment marketing for the Faculty of Health and Medicine. Based within the Marketing Office, you will use your expertise to attract and convert prospects from around the world, to join us here at the University. 

The Marketing Office is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Lancaster University among its target audiences and for increasing the quality and quantity of applicants. The Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of marketing activity for the Faculty of Health and Medicine with the support of Faculty colleagues and the Marketing and Recruitment Teams. This activity will include development of effective marketing campaigns, product development and market research, content strategy, all integrated within central University marketing activity. 

The Faculty of Health and Medicine brings together research and teaching expertise across heath, care, biomedical and medical sciences, providing an environment that delivers world-class research aimed at informing policy and practice at local, national and international levels. The Faculty has ambitious growth plans with particular emphasis on growing international student numbers and international teaching partnerships. The University has recently invested in a new £41m Health Innovation Campus which acts as a focal point, allowing researchers, healthcare professionals, businesses, local authorities and policymakers, to focus on a systems approach to improving health.

This is a full-time permanent role, although flexible arrangements will be considered. The role is hybrid with both on-campus (Bailrigg, Lancaster) and home working.
