The Social Mobility and Student Success team is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with young people and delivering engaging programmes and high quality events to address social barriers to accessing higher education.
You will have a creative approach and experience of working with young people, teachers and schools/colleges to develop and deliver faculty level programmes and activties which encourage students from Widening Participation (WP) backgrounds to apply to Lancaster as a first-choice destination for UG study. You will be a self-starter with excellent event management skills and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
The capability and flexibility to work some weekends and evenings is an essential element of the role, along with a willingness to travel across the North West and occasionally further afield within the UK.
This is a full-time, indefinite role. The WP team work in a hybrid model, with campus anchor days being Tuesday and Wednesday. We welcome applications from people in all diversity groups.
