Student Recruitment and Conversion Officer (FASS)

Grade 7 – 1 FTE, fixed term maternity cover

Location: Lancaster campus

 

We are looking for an experienced Student Recruitment and Conversion Officer to lead on core recruitment and conversion events and school and college engagement across the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Working with colleagues across the Faculty’s departments and central professional service teams, you will develop and organise a range of dynamic and impactful faculty on-campus recruitment and conversion events at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. This is an exciting opportunity to work with departments and faculty colleagues on the development and delivery of a robust recruitment plan that showcases the faculty’s quality to increase applications. You should have experience of leading and managing large, successful events and building strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

You should have an excellent understanding of the Higher Education decision making process, the ability to effectively project manage and deliver against targets. The role is full time and involves some weekend work at peak times.
