The Role

We are looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic person to contribute to the achievement of the University’s international strategy by ensuring an efficient and effective engagement with global partners and academic contacts.  You will maintain and develop the Global Engagement communications, facilitating campaigns, monitoring engagement levels, and leading on the capture of new academic contacts globally.

Working in a lively and challenging environment, applicants for the post will be expected to demonstrate initiative and the ability to communicate effectively; to prioritise and manage a diverse workload; to work flexibly in order to meet deadlines; and to work successfully as part of a team.

Significant relevant experience of working in a busy office environment and a great eye for detail is essential.  You will also need to have experience of operating a range of administrative processes   and systems, ideally within an educational establishment, as well as excellent IT skills.
