Are you a highly motivated and successful individual with excellent operational and relationship management skills, seeking an exciting opportunity to deploy your talents to help grow philanthropic income for a leading UK university? 

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Philanthropy and working closely with our fundraisers, senior colleagues and supporters, you will have responsibility for leading the development and implementation of creative stewardship plans for our most impactful donors.

At Lancaster we are dedicated to ensuring our donors receive regular, high-quality, and informative communications about their gift and the impact it is having, and that their donations are managed absolutely in accordance with their wishes. We are looking for someone with strong project management and communications experience to join our team to provide an exceptional experience for our supporters.

To stand out from the crowd, you will possess the skills, knowledge and personal attributes – including a persuasive and inspiring work style – commensurate with a track record of success in relationship focussed roles. As an ambassador for the University, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to work successfully with influential individuals and organisations.
