Lancaster University’s People and Organisational Effectiveness (POE) team are looking for a HR Systems Advisor to join them in the delivering key projects and future system developments to support the day to day operations of the POE team. You will work closely with the HR Systems & Data Manager to deliver a range of systems solutions to support Lancaster Universities Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda, including Gender Equality Charter (Athena SWAN) project, Race Equality Charter and other EDI strands.

You will be an experienced systems administrator/data handler competent in Microsoft Excel with experience of using management information reporting tools, such as Oracle Discoverer and IBM Cognos. Experience of working in a HR or Payroll team would be preferable along with the ability to deliver on project deadlines.
