Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) invites applications for a Professorship in executive education development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and securing income opportunities from executive education activity, and of scholarship relating to post-experience management education pedagogy.

The successful candidate will contribute to the intellectual life of LUMS through an established international profile in executive education. This will typically be reflected in both evidence of generating income from the design and delivery of high quality executive education, and high-profile scholarly outputs that have had an international impact on pedagogic approaches to executive education. Successful candidates will also have proven record of impactful engagement with international scholarship and non-academic networks, and convincing evidence of esteem indicators such as membership of professional bodies and involvement in industry/government/charity consultations etc. The successful candidate must also have an established track record of innovative post-experience management teaching. Preference will be given to applicants with experience of supporting the development of junior faculty and PhD students.
