Lancaster University is seeking to appoint a professional and experienced Timetable and Room Booking Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Timetable Planning, you will be responsible for the production of the University’s teaching timetable and will work closely with academic and professional services staff in order to build a well-designed teaching timetable, which delivers an excellent student experience. You will also have responsibility for the operation for the university’s room booking system, ensuring high quality service delivery to both staff and students.

Educated to a degree level or equivalent, you will have experience of delivering academic timetables, working with large data sets and solving complex problems. You will be organised and analytical, with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong customer service ethos.

This is a full time, indefinite role.
