We now seek an ambitious and exceptional colleague to join the Department as a:

Professor in Strategic Management 

The strategic management research group in the department is an international, vibrant and theoretically diverse community of scholars. Colleagues in the group work on topics related to strategy practice and process, mergers and acquisitions, institutional theory, business models as well as strategic transformation. An important common denominator of colleagues in the group is impactful research, often in close collaboration with practice. 

We look for a candidate with a strong international reputation in the strategy area and particularly welcome applications from scholars focused on strategy practice and process research. An outstanding track record of publications in top journals, as well as experience in attracting external funding are essential. You have established an ambitious programme of research that advances the field but is also impactful for society. As a senior faculty member, you are also expected to mentor for junior staff and take on other leadership responsibilities. As part of the Department, you will also contribute to teaching at undergraduate and / or postgraduate level.
