We are seeking to recruit to the new role of Associate Director (Student Wellbeing and Inclusion). This exciting opportunity would allow you to build on your significant leadership experience to shape the future of Lancaster University’s promotion and support for student wellbeing. You will be eager to use your experience of working in collaboration with others and in leading multi-disciplinary teams to support students to maintain good health and wellbeing so they can achieve their full potential.

Reporting to the Director of Students, Education and Academic Services, you will act as the expert strategic partner on student wellbeing and inclusion for senior management, colleges, departments and faculties, whilst leading the central student wellbeing services. The Student and Education Services Division has a positive reputation with students and staff for providing responsive, proactive and high quality support allowing students to flourish and grow.
