Lancaster University is seeking to appoint an outstanding and creative International Marketing Manager to lead on global student recruitment marketing campaigns and partner marketing support. Based within the Marketing Office, you will use your expertise to ensure our brand and reputation is maximised for key audiences and work to increase awareness amongst target markets as outlined in our Global Strategy. 

Named International University of the Year 2020, Lancaster University has a global outlook in delivering higher education. Alongside the UK campus, Lancaster has four strategic partnerships that teach validated Lancaster degrees in China, Germany, Ghana and Malaysia, all of which aim to produce graduates who can compete in a global market. 

The Marketing Office is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Lancaster University among its target audiences, and for attracting and converting prospects from around the world. You will plan, coordinate and implement effective marketing campaigns to target specific global regions, and will work with recruitment and engagement colleagues to develop existing markets and identify new and emerging opportunities.

You will use your interest in relationship marketing, using digital marketing approaches, to devise creative content plans that deliver desire and evoke action. You will be enthusiastic about implementing integrated multi-platform campaigns to target audiences across the globe to maximise lead generation and deliver market penetration. Team-oriented, you will be a University brand champion, agile in planning, while delivering leading edge-marketing.

This is a full-time, non-travelling, permanent role based at our Bailrigg Campus, Lancaster.
