Reporting to the HRIS Analyst you will be working as part of a small team within the Human Resources & Organisational Development Department, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the HR System (CoreHR) and E-recruitment website (Stonefish), supporting colleagues within HR & OD and the wider University community to ensure effective use of the systems and the associated business processes including: query resolution, data validation and system configuration.
Using the available reporting tool (Oracle Discoverer), you will also maintain and further develop the delivery of HR related management information to key stakeholders both internal and external, including UCEA, HESA and DLA Piper.
Degree or Equivalent Experience.
Experience of working in an HR environment.
Experience in System Administration (Preferably CoreHR or other HRIS).
Experience in using BI reporting software to produce data reports.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and complex excel formulae.
Positive customer focused attitude.
- Excellent communication skills adapting to the audiences specific needs.
