Using your excellent customer service, organisational and problem solving skills you will ensure the effective operation of Lancaster University’s sector-leading staff benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the University’s senior leaders as we seek to reward and retain the staff needed to maintain our status as a Top 10 university.

You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and it would be advantageous to have an understanding of reward principles and of supporting committees. 

You must be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work proactively, collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues. You will be confident working on your own initiative with the ability to plan and organise your own workload. You will be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

This is a full time fixed term post until 31/07/2018.
