Reward and recognition is a key feature of our People Strategy and you will use your strong organisation, planning and communication skills to lead and manage a series of high-profile activities within Reward Team as part of the HR Division, as we seek to recruit and retain the very best staff to maintain our status as a Top 10 University.

As a Manager within the Reward Team, you will help establish and then ensure the highest levels of customer service, quality and accuracy while delivering and overseeing efficient, high-volume, time-critical processes for staff promotions, grading, benefits and staff awards, amongst others. You will be proactive in your approach, with a passion for continuous improvement in the service that you provide.

Using your experience of team leadership, process improvement and contributing towards the creation, adaptation and implementation of University strategy and policy, you will ensure we continue to operate within employment legislation whilst advising on best practice within the sector. You will communicate and build relationships with staff from all levels of the University, up to the most senior officers and leaders.
