You should have an understanding of contemporary web and database technologies, and experience of application development in a mainstream programming language. You should display a willingness to learn. Experience of implementing, supporting and developing procured administration applications and building interfaces between disparate applications would be an advantage.

We work in a purpose-built computer centre and have a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement and staff development. You will be involved with implementation of new services as well as maintenance and development of existing services managed by the Resources Team that support some of the key University business processes, contributing to our exciting “Digital Lancaster” plans to maximise the opportunity for the exploitation of digital technologies.
