Digital Skills Graduate Intern

ISS (the IT Services division at Lancaster University) is looking for a recent graduate to support staff and students at Lancaster with their use of digital technology. This is a two-year fixed term position and you will complete a level 3 apprenticeship in Digital Learning Design as part of the role.

You will be a confident user of Information Technology and will be able to use a number of software applications on a range of devices.  They will also be an excellent communicator, being able to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience, and to be able to listen to and analyse people’s ways of working. The role will involve working with a range of teams both inside and outside of ISS. Experience of teaching and production of electronic resources would be an advantage.
