Lancaster Conferences+ is looking to appoint a part time Guest Room Receptionist to work evenings and weekends supporting our visitor reception desk. Lancaster Conferences+ have 80 guest bedrooms on campus and operate a flexible reception desk to support our visitors to stay with us.

The Guest Room Receptionist is a key role within the Conferences+ team. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and friendly environment, and responsible for processing new guest room bookings in an efficient and timely manner. You will be enthusiastic, enjoy communicating with new people and have previous experience of working in an administrative and customer focused environment. 

This is an indefinite, part time role, 17 hours per week. 

This role does involve shifts working of an evening and weekend.
