Salary:   £19,612 to £21,814 pro rata

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to the Health Innovation Campus (HIC) team.

You will work closely with the HIC Administrator and Director’s Executive Assistant to provide a high level of professional support and customer service. 

You will provide an effective first point of contact for visitors to the office, responding proactively to queries via email, telephone and face to face. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, organisational and IT skills. An ability to work effectively both as part of a team and using your own initiative, is essential, as is appropriate experience of working with office systems and procedures. 

This is a part time (0.5FTE), fixed-term contract until 31 January 2021 to cover a secondment.
