Student Advisory Services Administrator (Part-Time)

We are looking for a part-time administrator to provide support to the Student Advisory Services Manager, the Head of Student Wellbeing, and the Associate Director of Wellbeing & Inclusion.

Your main duties would include coordinating and preparing for internal and external meetings, liaising with professionals in the University and in external organisations, recording and analysing data relating to the work of the Student Wellbeing Services, and any other duties appropriate to the role as required by the Student Advisory Services Manager, Head of Wellbeing, and/or Associate Director of Wellbeing and Inclusion. You will also provide ad-hoc support to The Base, our one-stop shop for student enquiries relating to all aspects of student life, where there is a staffing need.

You should have proven experience of organisation and administration skills, and experience of appropriately prioritising competing demands. You should be a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate experience of providing high-quality customer service, ideally with an understanding of confidentiality and current data protection regulations.

This is an exciting and varied role based at the Bailrigg Campus of Lancaster University, which is home to plenty of green spaces and a range of amenities and services. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team that takes pride in their work and the impact it has on our students.

This is a part-time role for 16 hours per week, with flexibility on how these hours are spread throughout the week. This is a fixed-term post until 31 March 2021.

This role can also be considered as a secondment opportunity.
