Events Coordinator

Lancaster Conference and Events are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join their team in the role of Events Coordinator.

This exciting position will be working within a team of Conference and Bookings Co-ordinators to deliver amazing customer service to support our conferences and events. The Events Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of our Conference and Events Diaries, whilst also supporting with Guest Rooms and any other University events as business needs demand.

We are looking to recruit a professional who is customer focused with excellent communication skills and a flexible and creative approach. Previous experience in a similar hotel or conference venue is desirable.

The role is a key part of our team and will help to position Lancaster Conferences as a quality destination for both large and small meetings and events.

ABOUT YOU

The successful individual will be;

  • Confident, self-motivated and present a professional persona in all circumstances
  • Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and the ability to deliver consistently high levels of service standards
  • Have utmost attention to detail when carrying out tasks
  • Previous experience in hotels and hospitality is desirable
  • Ability to adapt to changing working demands
