What we’re looking for

Are you an experienced HR generalist who can combine wide-ranging HR knowledge with motivational people skills.  

As HR Advisor, you will support the HR Partner in the delivery of an efficient and effective HR support and advisory service to departments and faculties within the University by providing professional advice, pragmatic interventions and proactive solutions on all people-related issues.

Acting as a trusted partner, you will possess excellent team-working skills, be able to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a wider team. The ability to prioritise your workload and work on your own initiative is essential. In return, the role will provide you with a range of HR related opportunities and projects to expand and develop your skills and experience within the profession, as well as enhancing your networks.

This post is offered on a fixed term basis for 18 months.  The role is full time, however, we are happy to talk about flexible working and operate with a blend of presence on campus and working from home.
