We are seeking to appoint an Inclusive Practice Development Consultant – this could be on a fixed term basis or a secondment for up to 4 months. 

You will complete the development of a variety of innovative and creative digital resources in order to complete the production of the Inclusive Practice Toolkit for staff and resources for students.  The  Inclusive Practice Toolkit will provide information about what inclusive teaching and learning practice looks like and be a practical guide to designing and implementing inclusivity into course design.

You will also be expected to work with relevant groups and staff across the institution to promote inclusive practice, enhance existing provision and provide specialist advice and guidance.

Alongside knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and diversity issues, you will have an awareness of relevant government regulations, policies and technologies that support inclusive practice.  You will need strong organisational skills and be an excellent communicator in a variety of media.

This is a full time, fixed term contract until March 2019.
