Part-time Teaching Office Administrative Assistant

You will provide administrative support to LEC’s Teaching Coordinators in their roles delivering administrative services to LEC’s Taught Postgraduate and Undergraduate students, staff, schemes and modules. The primary focus will be supporting the Undergraduate Part 2 (years 2 to 4) Teaching Coordinator, but the role will also cover Taught Postgraduate and Undergraduate Part 1 (year 1). 

The ability to work within a team is essential in this role. In addition, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with staff members, and with a commitment to excellent customer service.

As a 0.6 FTE (full-time equivalent) role working hours will be 22 per week. There will be some flexibility as to exactly what hours and times are worked.
